1. concern Germans in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia or;
2. are written by German authors that were born here or who lived here or;
3. were published in the Czech lands before 1946 and which relate to either point 1 or point 2 or;
4. were published by German publishers in the Czech lands before 1945.
